Reception & Primary Cleaning
Machinery: Feeding Belts & Dust Extraction Systems.
Process: Raw materials are sorted upon arrival. Initial cleaning removes large impurities and dust using advanced air-suction technology.
Controlled Mechanical Drying
Machinery: Continuous Belt Dryers or Dehumidification Chambers.
Process:Herbs are dried at precisely controlled temperatures. This crucial step prevents microbial growth while locking in the essential oils, natural vibrant colors, and active compounds.
Sifting & Grading
Machinery: Multi-deck Vibrating Sieves.
Process: The product is separated from stems and foreign matter. It is then graded into various sizes—Whole Leaves, Crushed, or Fine Powder—according to client specifications.
Cylinder Machine
Our advanced Indented Cylinder technology ensures perfect product uniformity by grading herbs based on precise length. This process effectively eliminates broken pieces and short impurities (‘Zanba’), delivering a consistent, premium-grade product that meets the most exacting international packaging standards.
Air & Gravity Separation
Machinery: Air Classifiers & Gravity Separators.
Process: Using specific gravity technology, we isolate and remove any heavy impurities such as small stones or foreign seeds, ensuring a highly refined final product.
Sortex Machine
Leveraging AI-driven Sortex technology, we provide advanced optical sorting that redefines purity. Our system utilizes artificial intelligence to identify and eliminate color defects and foreign materials with micro-precision. This ensures perfect product uniformity and guarantees that only the finest, color-consistent herbs reach our clients.
Sterilization & Metal Detection
Machinery: Industrial Metal Detectors & Steam/UV Sterilization Units.
Process: A critical safety phase where the product is scanned for metallic traces and undergoes sterilization to ensure a low microbial load (TPC) without damaging the herb’s properties.
Milling & Grinding (Optional)
Machinery: Hammer Mills & Precision Fine Grinders.
Process: For clients requiring TBC (Tea Bag Cut) or Fine Powder, we use specialized milling equipment that prevents heat buildup, protecting the herb’s potency.
Hands Selected Products
For delicate products like Hibiscus and Bay Leaves, we implement meticulous manual sorting. Our skilled specialists perform a hand-picked selection process to ensure whole-leaf integrity and size uniformity. This dedicated human inspection eliminates any minor imperfections or breakage, delivering a premium, export-grade product that meets the most stringent aesthetic and quality standards.
Packaging & Weighing
Machinery: Electronic Multi-head Weighers & Vacuum/Sealing Machines.
Process: The final product is accurately weighed and packed into moisture-proof bulk bags (Big Bags) or retail-ready packaging, prepared for secure global transit.
